My name is Kevin Antonio Moates and I am the owner of Emergency Wheelchair Towing, LLC. My wife Margo Moates is my support system, as I have been wheelchair restricted with Muscular Dystrophy (MD) for 25 years. While living my life in a wheelchair, I have experienced the need for a wheelchair retrieval service on several occasions. Therefore, the Lord placed in my heart an emergency retrieval service that provides comfort, convenience, and a peace of mind to others so that they do not have to experience the things that I did in the past.

My experience includes day to day management of a staff of three Participant Direct Workers (PDW). I was also a civil rights and civil liberties board member of Direct Action for the disabled. While I was a member of the board, I contributed to the initiation of two laws that were passed in the District of Columbia: Participant Directive Care and EPD Waiver. As an advocate for the disabled community, my goal is to provide a safe and immediate emergency mortized device retrieval service.
